Abstract: The DESY Photon Science Division Scientific Data Policy regulates the responsibilities and rights of the involved parties with respect to scientific data from public research collected at user facilities operated by DESY Photon Science (DESY-FS) and stored on DESY compute and IT infrastructure. It does not apply to other DESY departments, nor does it apply to scientific data generated through proprietary research through purchased (commercial) access.
