Abstract: The included ZIP holds an adoption of DESY 2022 corporate design for formal business letters build in LaTeX using KOMAscript. It is assumed, that documents are processed using `lualatex`, which is available in current editions of TeXLive. These days this is the default TeX installation on most Linux platforms, it is pre installed on all DESY Linux Workstations as well as in the DESY TeX setup for other platforms. The zip is meant to be self contained. For general usage, just copy the contents of the Letter/-folder to a new folder and just edit away there. Please follow the included README.md (plain text file) for more detailed instructions.**Note** the default font for DESY letters is `Arial`. On Linux you may need to install ttf-mscorefonts (non-free) manually. The templates are kept up to date for minor changes. Last revision 2025-01-01.
