Abstract: Nanoparticles(NPs) formed by self-assembly of amphiphilic poly(N-(2-hydroxypropyl)-methacrylamide) copolymers are potential drug carriers for solid tumor treatment. In this work, their structure and behavior are investigated in solutionsof human serum albumin (HSA) in phosphate buffered saline. It is found, that the interaction between HSA and the NPs neither alters the size nor the structure of the NPs. Thus, the drug delivery is not hindered by the presence of HSA.
