Abstract: An extensive R&D programme on cavity investigations and treatments towards ILC performance goal has been established at DESY. A new “ILC-HiGrade Lab” is being commissioned and will house some existing and planned cavity inspection and treatment tools. Aims and details of the program as well as the current status of the facility are reported.
