Abstract: Searches for neutral and charged MSSM Higgs bosons in pp collisions at the LHC are presented. The results are based on a data sample corresponding to center-of-mass energy of 7 and 8 TeV recorded by the CMS experiment during the 2011 and 2012. Different decay channels of the neutral Higgs bosons and final states are considered, including the production of the bosons in association with additional b-quarks and their decay into tau, muon, and b-quark pairs. The search for the charged Higgs boson assumes the boson lighter than the top quark to be produced via the top quark decay, t -> H^+ b. No excess of signal events have been observed. The exclusion limits are derived in the MSSM 'mA vs tanB' and 'mH^+ vs tanB' planes.
