Electroweak vector boson processes at the highest energies
2025Lepton Photon 2025, MadisonMadison, USA, 25 Aug 2025 - 29 Aug 20252025-08-252025-08-29
Applying electroweak factorization for the quantum field theory of the Standard Model at its highest energies (when it is in its unbroken phase) speeds up calculations considerably for EW vector-boson fusion (VBF) processes which constitute the bulk of the cross section at parton collisions beyond a TeV. Furthermore, this formalism is very important for the conceptual understanding of the EW interactions at these energies and paves the way for resumming large logarithms necessary for precision predictions. A Linear Collider Vision for Particle Physics
2025Lepton Photon 2025, MadisonMadison, USA, 25 Aug 2025 - 29 Aug 20252025-08-252025-08-29
We review linear e+e− colliders with a special focus on high centre-of-mass energies and beam polarisation, take a fresh look at the various accelerator technologies available or under development and, for the first time, discuss how a facility first equipped with a technology mature today could be upgraded with technologies of tomorrow to reach much higher energies and/or luminosities. In addition, we will discuss alternative collider modes, as well as opportunities for beyond-collider experiments and R&D facilities as part of a linear collider facility (LCF). [...]

Search for 3 top BSM resonances in boosted all hadronic final state
2025DPG Spring Meeting (German Physical Society), DPG2025, GöttingenGöttingen, Germany, 31 Mar 2025 - 4 Apr 20252025-03-312025-04-04
The production of three top quarks (3-top) has been identified as a promising signal for probing new physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM). Various BSM models propose a hypothetical Z’ boson that preferentially couples to top quarks, which could manifest as an enhanced 3-top signal, a scenario yet unexplored by the CMS experiment. [...]
