Abstract: This will be a review on existing Higgs theory predictions for an e+e- Higgs/top/EW factory, especially with respect to the preparations of the theory part of the Physics Briefing Book for the European Particle Physics Strategy Update. This brings in the focus on the needed improvements to match the envisioned experimental precision at CEPC. The talk will include SM Higgs aspects, specific BSM Higgs models as well as EFTs like SMEFT calculation and simulations.
