Abstract: The phase of B0(s) mixing beta(s) is extremely sensitive to new physics amplitudes and is still largely unconstrained experimentally. CDF reports the latest update of the sin(2beta(s)) measurement using B0(s) --> J/psi phi decays reconstructed in 5.2 fb(-1) of data.
