Abstract: The internal structure of jets produced in proton-proton collisions at 7 TeV centre-of-mass energy provides a direct test of QCD which is largely orthogonal to other measurements of jets. The ATLAS experiment at the CERN LHC has measured a number of distribu- tions related to the distribution of energy inside jets including jet shapes, fragmentation functions, masses and substructure variables.
