Abstract: Measurements of total cross sections are presented for Higgs boson production in proton-proton collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The data correspond to 4.5 fb$^{-1}$ collected at the center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, 20.3 fb$^{-1}$ at 8 TeV, and most recently 3.2 fb$^{-1}$ at 13 TeV. Cross sections are obtained from measured $H \to \gamma\gamma$ and $H \to ZZ^{*} \to 4\ell$ event yields, which are combined accounting for detector effects, fiducial acceptances and branching fractions. The total Higgs boson production cross sections are measured to be $34^{+11}_{-10}$ pb, $33.3^{+5.8}_{-5.5}$ pb, and $24^{+21}_{-18}$ pb for center-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV, respectively. These measurements are compared to state-of-the-art Standard Model theoretical predictions.
