Abstract: The latest experimental results obtained by the ATLAS Collaborationusing the data produced in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} =$ 7 and 8~TeVare shown. The data were collected by the ATLAS detector in 2011 (7TeV) and 2012 (8 TeV) with the integrated luminosity of 4.9~fb$^{-1}$and 21~fb$^{-1}$, respectively. The main emphasis is on the top andbottom quark physics but the Higgs boson physics and searches of physicsbeyond the Standard Model are also reported. A lot of new resultson the top quark and bottom quark physics are shown and new confirmationare given that the new boson seen at 125~GeV is compatible with theStandard Model Higgs boson at confidence level better than 7$\sigma$. No signs of physics beyond the Standard Model found. T = The Latest Results of the ATLAS Experiment on Heavy Quark Physics
