Abstract: A novel beamline for attosecond transient absorption spectroscopy driven by synthesized opticalwaveforms is presented. It utilizes a central control system and a high-efficiency reflective-zone plate spectrometerand includes an in situ characterization method for the intricately shaped synthesized waveforms, allowing forsophisticated waveform controlled attosecond experiments.
