Abstract: Gallium nitride waveguides are an emerging platform for nonlinear photonics. Here, we demonstrate supercontinua spanning more than two octaves in integrated gallium nitride waveguides. In addition, chip-based $f$-$2f$ self-referencing is achieved by leveraging the material's intrinsic second-order nonlinearity.
