Abstract: Complete phase stabilization of a chip-integrated self-injection-locked microresonator frequency comb is presented for the first time. We utilize recently demonstrated synthetic-reflection self-injection locking to guarantee deterministic access to single soliton microcomb. The microcomb offset frequency is phase-locked via the diode current to an external optical reference, while the repetition rate is phase-locked via a micro-heater to an RF oscillator. Both locks only require low-voltage, CMOS-compatible signals. This demonstration paves the way for metrological-grade chip-integrated optical frequency comb sources.
