Abstract: We present nonlinear spectral broadening of pulses with input pulse energy of 1.74mJ at 2.05µm inside a gas-filled Herriott-type multi-pass cell with efficiency of 95%. The transform-limited pulse duration is reduced from 1.43ps to 0.27ps.
