%X In this work, we carry out ring-diagram calculations for <sup>4</sup>\textHe using the chiral\textN<sup>3</sup>\textLO two-nucleon potential V<sub>2N</sub> with and without the inclusion of an in-medium three-nucleon(NNN) force ―V<sub>3N</sub>, derived from the leading-order chiral NNN force V<sub>3N</sub>.
