Abstract: Data files from the experiments presented in corresponding publication include: raw .tif images of collected multigrain X-ray diffraction, filtered peak files (.flt), crystallographic information files (.cif), and the parameter files (.prm) necessary for grain indexing. Dataset available after the article is published.

Note: TEST-Sample-DataSets / Dataset has different versions with different authors from different years - all with same DOI / additional DOIs in 0247 are datafiles
