Abstract: We investigated ferroelectric and crystalline properties of as-grown heteroepitaxial BaTiO3 thin films, that are consequently grown on different single crystalline substrates in a single vacuum cycle by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) technique in O2 atmosphere.
