The dataset has been manually annotated for the task of binary issue detection, distinguishing between “issue” and “non-issue” entries. All personal identifiers and sensitive information have been anonymized according to PUBDB guidelines. The dataset supports research on automated anomaly and issue detection using large language models (LLMs) in scientific facility operations.
