%X D platform at DESY offers a wide range of dose rates, from clinical levels (0.05 Gy/s) to ultra-high dose rates (HDR) of up to 1014 Gy/s, using a 22 MeV electron beam. This flexibility enables studies in both conventional (LDR) radiotherapy and HDR therapy, supporting research into safer and more effective cancer treatments.
