We derive a sum rule for the difference between the two-point function coefficient of these operators in the ultraviolet and infrared fixed point which depends on the two-point function of the scalar operator. In even dimensional conformal field theories, scalar operators with exactly integer conformal dimensions are associated with Type-B conformal anomalies. The sum rule, in these cases, computes differences between Type-B anomaly coefficients. We argue the positivity of this difference in cases in which the conformal manifold contains weakly coupled theories. The results are tested in free theories as well as in $\mathcal N = 2$ superconformal QCD, necklace quivers and holographic RG flows. We further derive sum rules for currents and stress tensor two-point functions.}, cin = {T}, cid = {I:(DE-H253)T-20120731}, pnm = {611 - Fundamental Particles and Forces (POF4-611) / BrokenSymmetries - Exact Results from Broken Symmetries (101044226) / DFG project G:(GEPRIS)390833306 - EXC 2121: Quantum Universe (390833306) / DFG project G:(GEPRIS)506632645 - SFB 1624: Höhere Strukturen, Modulräume und Integrabilität (506632645)}, pid = {G:(DE-HGF)POF4-611 / G:(EU-Grant)101044226 / G:(GEPRIS)390833306 / G:(GEPRIS)506632645}, experiment = {EXP:(DE-MLZ)NOSPEC-20140101}, typ = {PUB:(DE-HGF)25}, eprint = {2409.09006}, howpublished = {arXiv:2409.09006}, archivePrefix = {arXiv}, SLACcitation = {$\%\%CITATION$ = $arXiv:2409.09006;\%\%$}, doi = {10.3204/PUBDB-2024-05846}, url = {https://bib-pubdb1.desy.de/record/614379}, }
