520 _ _ |a The continuous spectrum required by the Q-EXAFS monochromator can be realized by a Wiggler, Bending Magnet, or tapered Undulator. For the AppAnaXAFS beamline, the application of a 3-pole Wiggler is desired, if it can provide a flux of 10^12 photons on the sample. However, 3-pole Wiggler also have a high beam divergence and thus large beam sizes. First considerations of a 3-pole Wiggler setting showed beamsizes that exceeded the openings of the mandatory safety shutters. In order to keep the losses due to divergence as low as possible, a collimation of the beam as close to the source as possible is crucial. Discussions revealed two possible mirror locations: within the tunnel at 22m and outside the tunnel at 43m. The present documents include scripts for calculating the x-ray beams for both cases, including different mirror shapes, length, and incident angles, as well as different energies of the monochromator in order to evaluate the intensity at the sample position. These scripts are part of the EURIZON project and the main report is available under Task 4.6, Deliverable D4.23 at https://www.eurizon-project.eu/results/deliverables/
