We study the combined stabilization of Kähler moduli and thraxions, showing that under reasonable assumptions, one can solve the combined problem both in a KKLT and a LVS setup. We find that for non-minimal multi-throats, the thraxion mass squared is three-times suppressed by the throat warp factor. However, the minimal case of a double-throat can preserve the six-times suppression as originally found. We also discuss the backreaction of a non-vanishing thraxion vacuum expectation value on the geometry, showing that it induces a breaking of the imaginary self-duality condition for 3-form fluxes. This in turn breaks the Calabi-Yau structure to a complex manifold one. Finally, we extensively search for global models which can accommodate the presence of multiple thraxions within the database of Complete Intersection Calabi-Yau orientifolds. We find that each multi-throat system holds a single thraxion. We further point out difficulties in constructing a full-fledged global model, due to the generic presence of frozen-conifold singularities in a Calabi-Yau orientifold. For this reason, we propose a new database of CICY orientifolds that do not have frozen conifolds but that admit thraxions. 000474806 536__ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-611$$a611 - Fundamental Particles and Forces (POF4-611)$$cPOF4-611$$fPOF IV$$x0 000474806 536__ $$0G:(EU-Grant)647995$$aSTRINGFLATION - Inflation in String Theory - Connecting Quantum Gravity with Observations (647995)$$c647995$$fERC-2014-CoG$$x1 000474806 536__ $$0G:(GEPRIS)390833306$$aDFG project 390833306 - EXC 2121: Quantum Universe (390833306)$$c390833306$$x2 000474806 588__ $$aDataset connected to CrossRef, INSPIRE, Journals: bib-pubdb1.desy.de 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$aorientifold: Calabi-Yau 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$amoduli: Kaehler 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$aconifold 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$aaxion 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$amoduli: stability 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$athroat 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$astring model: Type IIB 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$aKlebanov-Strassler model 000474806 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$atorsion 000474806 650_7 $$2autogen$$aFlux compactifications 000474806 650_7 $$2autogen$$aSuperstring Vacua 000474806 650_7 $$2autogen$$aSupersymmetry Breaking 000474806 693__ $$0EXP:(DE-MLZ)NOSPEC-20140101$$5EXP:(DE-MLZ)NOSPEC-20140101$$eNo specific instrument$$x0 000474806 7001_ $$0P:(DE-H253)PIP1097275$$aMininno, Alessandro$$b1$$eCorresponding author 000474806 7001_ $$0P:(DE-H253)PIP1090822$$aRighi, Nicole$$b2 000474806 7001_ $$0P:(DE-H253)PIP1013212$$aWestphal, Alexander$$b3 000474806 773__ $$0PERI:(DE-600)2027350-2$$a10.1007/JHEP01(2022)082$$gVol. 01, no. 1, p. 82$$n1$$p082$$tJournal of high energy physics$$v01$$x1029-8479$$y2022 000474806 7870_ $$0PUBDB-2021-03949$$aCarta, Federico et.al.$$d2021$$iIsParent$$rDESY-21-152 ;
