Using integration-by-parts relations, associated master or scalar integrals have to be calculated. For this purpose it appears useful to devise an automated method which recognizes the respective (partial) differential equations related to the corresponding higher transcendental functions. We solve these equations through associated recursions of the expansion coefficient of the multivalued formal Taylor series. The expansion coefficients can be determined using either the package {\tt Sigma} in the case of linear difference equations or by applying heuristic methods in the case of partial linear difference equations. In the present context a new type of sums occurs, the Hurwitz harmonic sums, and generalized versions of them. The code {\tt HypSeries} transforming classes of differential equations into analytic series expansions is described. Also partial difference equations having rational solutions and rational function solutions of Pochhammer symbols are considered, for which the code {\tt solvePartialLDE} is designed. Generalized hypergeometric functions, Appell-,~Kampé de Fériet-, Horn-, Lauricella-Saran-, Srivasta-, and Exton--type functions are considered. We illustrate the algorithms by examples. 000472022 536__ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-611$$a611 - Fundamental Particles and Forces (POF4-611)$$cPOF4-611$$fPOF IV$$x0 000472022 588__ $$aDataset connected to INSPIRE 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$adifferential equations 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$aFeynman graph 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$astructure 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$amathematical methods 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$aTaylor expansion 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$atopology 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$amaster integral 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$acomputer: algebra 000472022 650_7 $$2INSPIRE$$anumerical methods 000472022 693__ $$0EXP:(DE-588)4276505-5$$1EXP:(DE-588)4159571-3$$5EXP:(DE-588)4276505-5$$aHERA$$eHERA: ZEUS$$x0 000472022 7001_ $$0P:(DE-H253)PIP1086086$$aSaragnese, Marco$$b1$$udesy 000472022 7001_ $$0P:(DE-H253)PIP1093315$$aSchneider, Carsten$$b2 000472022 8564_ $$uhttps://bib-pubdb1.desy.de/record/472022/files/HTML-Approval_of_scientific_publication.html 000472022 8564_ $$uhttps://bib-pubdb1.desy.de/record/472022/files/PDF-Approval_of_scientific_publication.pdf 000472022 8564_ $$uhttps://bib-pubdb1.desy.de/record/472022/files/2111.15501.pdf$$yOpenAccess 000472022 8564_ $$uhttps://bib-pubdb1.desy.de/record/472022/files/2111.15501.pdf?subformat=pdfa$$xpdfa$$yOpenAccess 000472022 909CO $$ooai:bib-pubdb1.desy.de:472022$$pdnbdelivery$$pdriver$$pVDB$$popen_access$$popenaire 000472022 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588b)2008985-5$$6P:(DE-H253)PIP1003764$$aDeutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron$$b0$$kDESY 000472022 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588b)2008985-5$$6P:(DE-H253)PIP1086086$$aDeutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron$$b1$$kDESY 000472022 9101_ $$0I:(DE-HGF)0$$6P:(DE-H253)PIP1093315$$aExternal Institute$$b2$$kExtern 000472022 9131_ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-611$$1G:(DE-HGF)POF4-610$$2G:(DE-HGF)POF4-600$$3G:(DE-HGF)POF4$$4G:(DE-HGF)POF$$aDE-HGF$$bForschungsbereich Materie$$lMatter and the Universe$$vFundamental Particles and Forces$$x0 000472022 9141_ $$y2021 000472022 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0510$$2StatID$$aOpenAccess 000472022 915__ $$0LIC:(DE-HGF)CCBY4$$2HGFVOC$$aCreative Commons Attribution CC BY 4.0 000472022 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0580$$2StatID$$aPublished 000472022 9201_ $$0I:(DE-H253)Z_ZPPT-20210408$$kZ_ZPPT$$lZeuthen Particle PhysicsTheory$$x0 000472022 980__ $$apreprint 000472022 980__ $$aVDB 000472022 980__ $$aUNRESTRICTED 000472022 980__ $$aI:(DE-H253)Z_ZPPT-20210408 000472022 9801_ $$aFullTexts
