520 _ _ |a The branching fractions of the semileptonic and rare $B_s$ decaysare calculated in the framework of the QCD-motivated relativisticquark model. The form factors of the weak $B_s$ transitions are expressedthrough the overlap integrals of the initial and final meson wavefunctions in the whole accessible kinematical range. The momentumtransfer dependence of the form factors is explicitly determined withoutadditional model assumptions and extrapolations.
