No significant signal is observed in the spectra of the mass recoiling against the reconstructed $J/\psi $ or ${\psi }^{\prime }$ except for the evidence of ${\chi }_{c1}$ production with a significance of $4.6\sigma $ for $\mathrm{\Upsilon }\left(1S\right)\to J/\psi +{\chi }_{c1}$. The measured branching fraction $\mathcal{B}\left(\mathrm{\Upsilon }\left(1S\right)\to J/\psi +{\chi }_{c1}\right)$ is $\left[3.90±1.21\left(\text{stat}\right)±0.23\left(\text{syst}\right)\right]×{10}^{-6}$. The 90\% C.L. upper limits on the branching fractions of the other modes having a significance of less than $3\sigma $ are determined. These results are consistent with theoretical calculations using the nonrelativistic QCD factorization approach.}, keywords = {electron positron: annihilation (INSPIRE) / BELLE (INSPIRE) / KEK-B (INSPIRE) / experimental results (INSPIRE) / upsilon mesons: hadronic decay (INSPIRE) / Upsilon(9460): branching ratio: measured (INSPIRE) / Upsilon(9460): branching ratio: upper limit (INSPIRE) / Upsilon(10020): branching ratio: upper limit (INSPIRE) / X(3940) (INSPIRE) / quantum chromodynamics: factorization (INSPIRE) / quantum chromodynamics: nonrelativistic (INSPIRE) / Upsilon(9460) --> J/psi(3100) chi/c1(3510) (INSPIRE) / 10.52 GeV-cms (INSPIRE)}, cin = {Belle}, ddc = {530}, cid = {I:(DE-H253)Belle-20160426}, pnm = {Experiments at KEK (BELLE I/II) (POF2-515)}, pid = {G:(DE-H253)POF2-BELLE-I-II-Exp.-20130405}, experiment = {EXP:(DE-H253)BELLE-20150101}, typ = {PUB:(DE-HGF)16 / PUB:(DE-HGF)15}, eprint = {1409.7644}, howpublished = {arXiv:1409.7644}, archivePrefix = {arXiv}, SLACcitation = {$\%\%CITATION$ = $arXiv:1409.7644;\%\%$}, doi = {10.1103/PhysRevD.90.112008}, url = {https://bib-pubdb1.desy.de/record/205310}, }
