abstract = {With the impressive performance of the LHC delivering two
times the design luminosity an upgrade of the CMS Pixel
Detector is required to maintain and extend the tracking
efficiency. The upgrade plans comprise several changes in
geometry and material budget as well as a new Readout Chip
(ROC). This ROC is being tested at various institutes in the
laboratory and in test beams at DESY, CERN and FNAL. In the
DESY electron/positron test beam, the DATURA high-resolution
beam telescope is used to explore the features of the new
chip design. The DATURA Telescope features six MIMOSA26 MAPS
planes with an intrinsic resolution of 18.4um, crossed
scintillators as four-fold coincidence trigger and movable
mechanics with adjustable plane distances and cooling. This
poster presents the approach to high-precision tracking
using the DATURA telescope with CMS Pixel ROCs as Device
Under Test (DUT) and shows results from test beam campaigns
with irradiated and un-irradiated devices as well as test
beam data simulation results from the past months.},
