Seven European networks of top-level RIs joined EU-funded RIANA project providingaccess to the most advanced techniques relevant for nanofabrication, processing/synthesis,characterization and analytic as well as simulation capacity [1].Highly customized and efficient access to 69 infrastructures, spread across 22 Europeancountries (Fig.1), is coordinated via a single-entry point and enabled through comprehensivescientific and innovation service by senior scientists, facility experts and highly trained juniorscientists. This core of RIANA is aligned to attract experienced and new users from academia orindustry and will be prioritized for researchers with the brightest ideas and approach to make bestuse of the RI for nanoscience and nanotechnology in view of sustainability [2]..

Zebrafish Husbandry at FLASHlab@PITZ in Operation
2025FRPT 2025, PraguePrague, Czech Republic, 10 Dec 2025 - 12 Dec 20252025-12-102025-12-12
Background and Aims The R&D platform FLASHlab@PITZ (Photo Injector Test facility at DESY in Zeuthen) aims to provide the radiation oncology community with an in vitro and in vivo infrastructure for systematic investigations of electron irradiation at an extremely wide dose rate range from conventional up to 1014 Gy/s. Between 2023 and 2025, a dedicated infrastructure for in vitro and in vivo experiments was established on site [...]

X-ray Absorption Fine Structure experiments conducted at synchrotron facilities are currentlylimited by the performance of the current generation of Silicon and Germanium detectors. Inorder to mitigate this limitation, the detector consortium of the European project LEAPS-INNOVhas undertaken an ambitious R&D program devoted to develop a new generation of multi-elementmonolithic Germanium detectors for X-ray detection.
